Green Smoothie Bowl Recipe

I'm one of those people who "drinking a meal" doesn't work for. I guess I need the actual action of chewing to feel like I'm actually getting a meal. So that's one of the reasons I love smoothie bowls. They are also super easy to make!

Green Mango Pineapple Smoothie Bowl
Quick, easy, and healthy breakfast!
  • 1/4 cup Plain greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup What milk you like or coconut water
  • 1 cup Frozen mangos
  • 1/2 cup Frozen pineapples
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach
  • Lime zest
  • Additional fresh fruit and chia seeds for toppings
  • A drizzle of honey (optional if you prefer sweeter smoothies)
1. Start by adding the yogurt, milk, spinach, and lime zest to a blender. Then add the frozen mangos and pineapples. (it blends a little easier if the "softer" ingredients are on the bottom). Drizzle honey if using. 2. Blend until smooth, adding more milk if needed. 3. Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with strawberries, blueberries, and chia seeds or with whatever fruit and nuts you prefer.
